Here is another adult wordpress theme that is a simple design and uses a header that can be replaced by uploading your own. This is a theme I have used on a few Milf and Cougar niche blogs with great results in the serps.
This theme uses 2 different header templates so the main blog will use the H1 tag for the blog title, H2 for the post titles and H3 for the sidebar titles. The single post template uses the second header file so the blog title is sized using css. This opens the H1 tag to be used for the single post title.
